Thanks for your honest feedback - I’m sorry this jar wasn’t to your taste.
Garlic mayo is naturally a richer, creamier flavour profile, but taste preference is very personal. Some customers who prefer a sharper finish add a small squeeze of fresh lemon juice, which can brighten it up nicely.
